How does lttstore define “minor cosmetic wear”?Updated 18 hours ago
Minor cosmetic wear means that some elements of the expected wear-and-tear process may be visible on a given product. For clothing, this may include, but is not limited to, slightly loose or overextended threads, minor pilling, wrinkles, and slight color fade. For other products like our desk pads, this may include slightly-frayed edge stitching or other slight imperfections which do not affect the normal use of the product. Some products may not come with packaging even when they otherwise would if sold as new.
Minor cosmetic wear does not include stains, rips & tears, deep scratches, degraded functioning of a given product’s features, or other defects which may prevent the normal use of a product.
