All lttstore.com orders are shipped through Wizmo, a service which allows us to offer the most competitive shipping rates possible. Wizmo picks up your order from our warehouse in Richmond, BC, and then forwards it to another courier. Exactly which courier is used depends on your location and the weight of your order; the lowest-cost option will be used.

Canadian customers will usually receive their order via Canada Post. In some large metro areas such as Toronto or Vancouver, a small-volume local courier may be used instead.

Outside the US and Canada, your order will be shipped most of the way via PostNL, meaning most orders will be routed through the Netherlands (even if the destination country is outside of Europe). From there, your order will be forwarded onto the destination country, customs-cleared, and handed off to your local government postal service for final-mile delivery.
